Employee Self Service Module

The Vizual Employee Self Service Module (ESSM) integrates with Personnel Director and provides an easy to use Intranet site where employees and managers can access information such as telephone lists, project time sheets, holiday and sickness tracking, company news, upcoming events and much more.  The ESSM can also hold the company's policies as well as employment handbooks, online training, vacancies and HR administration forms.

Access to the ESSM is controlled by powerful security settings: you control what everyone can see and do.  Typically, an employee will be permitted to view their own data, company documents and to make leave and personal detail requests to their line manager.  Line managers can see the requests made by their direct reports and approve or decline those requests, with appropriate comments.
