Integration of the systems gives user control of recruitment and personnel administration, from start to finish.

Users can record details of vacancies and candidates using the Recruitment Director system. The software then helps to manage the application process, recording details of interviews, reference requests and job offers. In addition, the system can record details of recruitment campaigns and marketing activities; this enables the user analyse the costs and effectiveness of marketing activities. Where recruitment agencies are used to source candidates, the relationship with these agencies can be managed from within Recruitment Director.

The Recruitment Director Web-publishing Module enables users to publish details of vacancies on their web site. When candidates apply online, their details are then recorded automatically within the Recruitment Director database. The functionality is provided from 4 web pages: a Vacancy List page; a Vacancy Detail page; an application form; and a Confirmation page.
